This spring we were in the Seattle area and had the opportunity to visit the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival. It is held from April 1 to the 30th.

The festival is a “driving tour”. A map is provided to drive to various locations to see acres of beautiful tulips.

There are farms with year round gardens in addition to the fields.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

You can also order bulbs at this time for fall delivery.

We walked around and took many photos of millions of tulips bursting into spring. This is definitely worth the time to attend if you are in the area next spring.
