If you get frustrated trying to find just the right garland for your tree, swags, packages, or other decor, why not make it yourself. Here are some examples of garland made with ribbon, trim, jingle bells, and a little time.

Polka Dot Ribbon, Rick Rack, and small red jingle bells

This red polka dots garland is ribbon and rick rack with small red bells. I stitched through the rick rack with white embroidery floss for an additional detail. If you don’t want to sew it on it could be glued on instead.

Burlap Ribbon, Trim, and Gold Jingle bells

This garland is simply burlap ribbon with trim that looks like a measuring tape and gold bells.

Big Jingle Bells and Burlap Ribbon

The over sized red bells look great on a burlap ribbon with red stitching added down the center.

Sparkly Garland and Silver Bells

The sparkly garland is a compliment to the dressed up ornament. It is wired ribbon and silver bells.
Try your hand at designing a garland to go with your decor. I’m sure you will find many ways to design a new garland.
Happy Holidays,
